My muesli
I love granola and recently stopped buying in the store. I am preparing myself. I want to offer You your favorite option.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    1 cup

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Bran

    0.5 cup

  • Cards

    100 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    30 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    30 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    3 Tbsp

Sesame seeds fry until a nice Golden brown: I was roasted in the microwave in the "Aero" when the temperature of 210°C for 8 minutes.

Flax seeds grind in a coffee grinder (you can, of course, and not to crush, but I like more ground seeds impart a pleasant flavor of cereals, and not have every bean to chew).

All bran and 1/2 Cup oat bran cereal grind in a blender (or mince)

Nuts also grind in a blender, but not into crumbs, and that left the middle pieces.

Dates to release from the bones and cut into slices.

In a deep bowl put washed and well dried raisins, chopped dates, crushed cereal and nuts.

And well stir our mixture (try to make each piece of Fig and raisins well abalessa in the mix!!!)

Add remaining cereal, sunflower seeds and roasted sesame seeds. Very good mix again.

Store granola in a tightly closed jar in the refrigerator.
