Salmon in sauce
Despite the name, this dish is there are no highlights, but nevertheless, it is incredibly delicious and very simple.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Spices

Clean the fish and chop into chunks, place them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with seasoning for fish and grated zest of a small lemon, to squeeze on the fish from the lemon juice. Leave the fish to marinate for 1 hour.

2 bulbs for fish cut into not too thin rings or polyolefine, and 2 onions cut into thin chetvertinkami.

Mushrooms boil in salted water for 15 minutes and then cut into thin strips.

Put the fish pieces in a deep pan,

Pour the hot milk so it covers the fish.

Meanwhile to make the sauce. Fry the onions in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Add mushrooms and fry all together for few minutes.

Add mayonnaise, sugar and cream.

Stir well and heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil so that the sauce doesn't exfoliate. If required, it needs more salt and pepper.

Ready take out fish, free from bones, fillet put on a plate next to the sauce and sprinkle with herbs. On a garnish submit boiled potatoes.
