Ball shaped stuffed eggplant
I already posted this recipe but had to make some changes. In addition, now, the recipe step-by-step.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Buckwheat

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Meat

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Coriander

  • Basil

  • Fennel

  • Paprika sweet

  • Garlic

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil in salted water buckwheat until soft and allow to cool.

add chopped eggplant, chopped bell pepper and spices (coriander, paprika, fennel, dried garlic, black pepper, salt - all to taste). Fry melkorublenoy beef fillet or ready-made stuffing. Mix with the browned vegetables, add the prepared buckwheat. Recommend the buckwheat, though, come any cloudy. Just the buckwheat gives a unique taste and aroma.

The resulting mixture is put into the womb devastated eggplant.

Top close with a mixture of cheese and mayonnaise (sour cream). Bake at low temperature (I put "4") before formation of a ruddy crust on the "lid".
