Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    0.5 cup

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

Cook the gram flour. Chickpeas, cover with cold water and leave overnight. In the morning drain the water, rinse the chickpeas and bring to a boil until tender

Drain the water from boiled chickpeas, lay it on a paper towel to remove excess water

Wait for the chickpeas to cool, and then chop it into a puree in a blender

The resulting puree put in a form. Spread a uniform layer. Dry chickpeas at a temperature of 80 degrees, about 5-6 hours

The resulting crumb grind in a coffee grinder

Then sift the flour through a sieve to remove the ground pieces, they can re-grind in a coffee grinder. Gram flour is ready.
