Pickled cucumbers
Many similar recipes on the site... Lay out your newly invented variant. Usually make a different recipe, but then I caught a young fragrant cucumbers, except that neither of horseradish leaves or umbrellas of dill was not found... I had to experiment.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1.5 kg

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Water

    2 l

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    10 piece

Cooking

My cucumbers. Cut the "butt".

On the bottom put 4 cloves of garlic (can be cut in half)

5 peas allspice.

Put half of cucumbers. Cut ½ bunch of dill. Put the remaining cucumbers. Cut the remaining dill.

Pour grain mustard, remaining pepper and garlic.

Put a Bay leaf.

Pour all the hot water. Leave them sit for 12 hours (can be more). Bon appetit!
