Apple yeast pancakes
Baked first time. Honestly, until I found the right way... worked! The pancakes turned out a success! The smell of apples and cinnamon! Help yourself! Delicious!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    300 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

Apples peel and grate.

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and dry yeast "SAF-Moment"

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and cinnamon

Add the eggs to the warm milk. Beat with a whisk. Add the flour with the yeast. Beat with a whisk.

Add the grated apples. Mix well. Leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

And now I have started having problems... didn't want the pancakes to roll over!! And the dough is beautiful, fluffy! Smell! Throw a pity! And, after all, I won! The dough is spread on a middle of a hot and oiled frying pan. Very carefully turn the pan so that the dough flowed. Lockable lid! For a couple of minutes to brown the underside. Turn over the pancake and Dozhivem without lid until ready. Grease with butter.
