Cooking
Sorry, the photo wasn't taken from the beginning. Pour into the pan vegetable oil, fry the finely chopped onion. Then to add cut potatoes, fry a minute, add the broccoli and cauliflower. Pour all the hot broth.
Simmer approximately 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Then whip our the soup, add salt, pepper and hot cream.
Bring the soup to a boil, pour into the plates. Garnish with parsley, cream.
