Cooking
Egg whisk with sugar.
Add vegetable oil and pumpkin puree, stir.
Add the spices - cinnamon and ginger, stir again.
Add flour, salt and baking powder, mix well until smooth.
Add the poppy seeds, stir. Dough consistency turns thicker than for pancakes, does not drip off the spoon.
Baking dish cake pan with baking paper, slightly greased with vegetable oil, spread the batter in the form. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50-55 minutes, readiness check wooden skewer. The finished cake remove from the oven, allow it to cool.
