Cooking
Onion and cabbage cut into large chunks. In a blender pour the water, put the onion and whip. Put half of cabbage and also beat. Pour 100 gr. sour cream, put the remaining cabbage and again vzbit. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste and scroll a lot again.
In a large bowl put the mince, add BOILED rice and pour the onion-cabbage mass.
Pan greased with oil, pour in ground meat and flatten. Put in the oven for 40~60 minutes at t=180*C.
When the casserole is ready, grease the top with sour cream, fire to add to the maximum and bake for 5 minutes, until Golden brown.
