My favorite way to cook potatoes is to bake it with olive oil, garlic and salt. The taste and aroma of the dish unforgettable. Good option for a lean lunch.

Cooking
Our simple ingredients: potatoes, mushrooms, onion, garlic, tomato, olive oil and sauce "La Costena", in which we will put out mushrooms.
Peel potatoes and cut slices.
Put in the form, add salt, add finely chopped garlic, a little pepper.
Close foil and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes the potatoes will get out of the oven and pour olive oil. Again put in the oven for 10 minutes. The foil does not cover.
All fry in the pan in olive oil.
When the mushrooms are Golden, add our sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Potatoes out of the oven when it is Golden brown.
Spread on top of mushrooms.
Cover with slices of tomato, salt, pepper and put under the grill for 5 minutes.
The finished dish decorate with arugula and serve!
