  • Duck

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

Begin... the meat thoroughly washed.

Carve it into serving pieces and fry in butter in a deep frying pan.

Peel the onion, cut it into large cubes and fry separately until Golden brown.

Tomatoes we scald with boiling water, remove the skins and finely chop.
