Description

I cooked this dish of salmon fillet. Me and my family enjoyed the dinner. Very happy that it took this recipe to color. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2007 by user Marina called "Fish in Hebrew," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

  • Olive oil

The salmon fillet to marinate for 30 - 60 minutes. Salt, sugar, pepper...

Cut into large cubes. To pyrovate in flour.

Salmon fry both sides in olive oil until Golden brown. I grilled on high heat for five minutes.

Take two carrots of medium size and two large onions.( Pictured is one, but I decided that a little ).

In the prepared onion and carrot put the pieces of salmon. Tomato paste dilute with water and pour into the pan. Put three Bay leaves and a few peas allspice. Cover the pan with a lid and turn off the stove. After 5 - 10 minutes can be spread out on a plate.

Fish I boiled to garnish the potatoes. Here comes the vegetables... 15 minutes was engaged with the fish. 15 minutes with onions and carrots. 10 minutes decorated the dish.
