Light soup
Summer is coming, and many over the winter not much to add, have to deal with it. I offer, easy tomato soup with celery and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    1.5 l

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Leeks

    30 g

Prepare the products.The pepper and tomato blanchere, remove the skins.

All products are cut into cubes. The boiling water lay the cabbage, then the potatoes, celery, bring to a boil and proverjaem to semi-readiness, recline on a sieve. Lay the boiled vegetables in hot tomato juice, bring to a boil. Lay the bell pepper, then tomato, add sugar, salt and black pepper.
