Salad of green beans Margarita
Delicious and healthy salad. Quick and easy to prepare. A friend uses it as a garnish. Come on in, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    0.5 can

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beans boil in salted water, discard in a colander to cool

The cooled beans cut into 4-5 cm cubes, first cutting off tails

Eggs cut into cubes and add to beans

Pepper cut into cubes

The same is done with cucumbers

Greens cut, press out the garlic and add to the salad, lightly add salt
