Creamy coffee souffle
Very delicate and quite stylish, in my opinion, dessert. It will appeal not only to lovers of black coffee, how many followers coffee with milk, latte and the like combinations. Whom is Lena (melati).

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    70 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Coffee natural

    200 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Brown sugar

    70 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

Cooking

Soak gelatine in sufficient cold water. Until it swells, boil 200 ml espresso (can be instant coffee). Dissolve in hot coffee, sugar and the squeezed out gelatine. Remove and cool in the refrigerator.

Stir 1/3 of the cream in the coffee ground. Then 1/3 of this mass pour into molds. Remove in the cold.

The remaining coffee ground mix with the rest of the cream.

Cookies grind into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Put biscuits on top of the coffee mousse when it is still not completely frozen.

Carefully compacted chips and spread on top the remaining cream and coffee mousse. Remove in the cold until fully cured.

Souffle is ready, carefully remove from the molds, by the way, I got 12. If You don't want to mess with ramekins, dessert cups can be submitted. Or make a cake. Only the number of products needs to increase.
