Cottage cheese casserole-carrot
Sweet cottage cheese and carrot casserole with poppy seeds and raisins. Loved by both children and adults! It's delicious served hot with cold sour cream, but no less tasty and cold. Good option for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Mac

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

  • Vanilla

Cooking

RUB the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

In a Cup mix 1 tablespoon of sour cream 0,5 teaspoon of baking soda. Add this mixture to the dough. Stir and leave for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime...

... to RUB on a small grater raw carrots. I like grated cheese, grated carrot, but the potato, then it generally will not be seen. Add to the dough carrots, poppy seeds, semolina, raisins and/or prunes. If the dough is thick, it is enough to use 4 tablespoons of semolina.

Form of grease with margarine or vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina.

Pour the batter into the form.

Before baking on top and brush with remaining sour cream.

Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes (depending on oven).
