A versatile dough that will not take you much time. And two choices of toppings:) this is my first recipe on the site, so do not judge strictly)))

Cooking
In a container pour the 2st. flour, put 160g. butter (room temperature) and salt.
RUB hands until obtaining fine crumbs.
Pour 0.5 cups of milk, mix well. add 0.5 cups of flour and knead the dough. let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes.
For a hearty take toppings: chicken breast, potatoes, onions and spices.
Cut into cubes. put the spices and stir.
To take sweet fillings: apples, pears, honey, cinnamon.

Divide the dough in half, and each half share is approximately 1/3 and 2/3.
Roll out the dough and put into pre-greased form. definitely need to paprasykite the dough with a fork)
Spread the filling. on top of the rich filling, need to put small pieces of butter.
Cover with a second layer of dough and attach them together) the top is lubricated with oil. put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
The same we do with sweet filling. sweet pie will be enough and 30 min.
