Cooking
In a large bowl sift wheat and rye flour. Add the flour, salt, yeast, sugar.
Pour warm boiled water and knead the dough.
Put the dough in a warm place until increase in 2 times.
When the dough has risen, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, sunflower seeds and pumpkin and knead well.
The form in which to bake the bread, grease with vegetable oil and lightly flour. I have no special form for the bread, so baked in a clay pot.
