Pancakes
Very tender, moderately sweet filling with a light lemon flavor. Semolina porridge with chocolate very fine friends. This mini cake ate even those who do not like porridge, and even additives asked.))) For the idea thanks Natasha Natapit)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Water, carbonated

    200 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Flour

    210 g

  • Cocoa powder

    40 g

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Semolina

    125 ml

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    90 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pancakes: beat the eggs with soda water, milk, sugar and salt

Add the flour and cocoa and beat again

Fry in a pan using oil Oleina

FILLING: Semolina pour in milk, add sugar and cook porridge on low heat, stirring constantly.

The lemon zest. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.

Form ( I have 10*30) lay out the pancakes so that an overhang is created. Spread 1/3 of the filling. The other edge of the pancake spread 2-3 tablespoons of filling and roll roll. Make 2 of these rolls and put on top of the filling in the form.

On top of these rolls to put the rest of the filling.

Close the edges of the pancakes. I have the top closed with 2 pancakes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours ( I was night) out of form. and serve.

You can sprinkle powdered sugar or pour chocolate glaze. (I had purchased a chocolate glaze, but I'm a little let down, so I have sprinkled coconut flakes)
