Appetizer of eggs and green lentils with caramelized onions
Quite a filling snack from simple ingredients

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lentils

    50 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper pink

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Butter

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Boil eggs hard-boiled in salted water (10 minutes after boiling water)

Boil the lentils according to the instructions on the package

Cut the onion into half rings, fry it in a mixture of olive oils and butter. 5 minutes after the start of cooking, add sugar and balsamic vinegar. Fry until Golden brown

Peel eggs, cut in half, take out yolk. Cut off the bottom for stability, stuffing fried onions

Spread on top the lentils. Finely chop the red pepper. Sprinkle the lentils with egg yolks and red pepper
