Hot appetizer of octopus with olives and pine nuts

Ingredients

  • Octopus

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Green olives

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Octopus wash, peel and cut into 2x3 cm pieces Onion cut into thin half-rings, garlic finely chopped, olives cut into slices

Fry the onions in olive oil until translucent

Add the olives, pine nuts and garlic. Fry for 3-5 minutes

Add the octopus, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper, salt to taste. Simmer with the lid on for 12 minutes
