Gentle low-calorie dessert. Easy to make, but nonetheless delicious.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Syrup berry

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Warm raspberry jam TM Mahe in a saucepan, add as much syrup to make a thick sauce.

If desired, a jam is possible RUB through a sieve.

Whip whites into a thick foam, add sugar and continue to beat until smooth.

Bring the milk to boil with 500 ml water in a deep frying pan. Two spoons to form "Islands" of whipped egg whites and gently put into the frying pan. Cooking portions for 8-10 minutes, turning once.

Pour warm raspberry sauce dessert bowls, put 2-3 meringues, and top with sauce.
