Mushroom buns with oat bran
Fragrant buns with aroma of mushrooms and a crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Bran

    100 g

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Mushrooms

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

1. Mix yeast with the sifted flour, add the bran, sugar, salt.

2. Add the mushrooms.

3. In a little warm water, pour in the oil. Then pour the water into the flour, kneading the dough.

4. Dough knead well, at least 5 minutes, put in a Cup, cover and put in a warm place. The dough should double in size.

5. Then to press down dough, divide into 8 or 9 pieces, form rolls, place on a baking tray and leave for 20 minutes. Now on each bun to make a shallow longitudinal incision, and the incision put a piece of butter.
