Pie
Times a summer we enjoy the fragrant and ripe berries and fruit. Offer a recipe summer cake with raspberries, which will not take much time, but makes delicious result.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    110 ml

  • Yogurt

    110 ml

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Salt

  • Raspberry

    200 g

Cooking

In a bowl break eggs, add sugar (I use the Universal TM Mistral) and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer until fluffy.

Melt margarine, cool to lukewarm, add to the egg mixture. Mix well.

Add yogurt and vegetable oil. Mix well.

Put sour cream. Mix well.

Add the flour and baking powder. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Form (d=24 cm), preferably separable, to lay baking paper, pour the dough on the dough raspberries, slightly "protopic". Bake the tart in a preheated oven (t=180 C) for about 40 minutes until dry toothpick. Cake to cool and decorate at will.
