Chocolate fruit rolls
Rolls of chocolate pancakes and delicate banana-Apple filling, with a great addition in the form of a tangerine and a walnut. This dessert will not go unnoticed on Your Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    15 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    5 g

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    3 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Prepare the dough for pancakes made from flour, milk, eggs, sugar and cocoa.

In a well-heated, smazani vegetable oil, pan fry a thin pancakes. Each finished pancake to coat with butter.

Clean the Apple and the banana, finely chop.

In a pan melt the butter, add banana and Apple. Stir fry the fruit for about 5 minutes. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, stir fry for another 5 minutes.

Tangerine peel, divided into slices. A walnut is divided into 4 parts. One pancake cut into small pieces.

Take a pancake, distributed according to it, Apple-banana mixture.

Lay the sliced pancake, Mandarin and walnut.
