Nectarines in lemon jelly
Easy summer dessert - sour-sweet jelly with chunks of flavorful nectarines. The idea of the recipe Kamensky Elena (Kamelena).

Ingredients

  • Nectarine

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Water

    600 ml

Gelatin cover with cold boiled water (100 ml), leave for 20 mins Nectarines cut into small cubes, spread out on kremanka.

With lemon to remove the zest (grater or vegetable with a knife), without affecting the subcortical white layer. From lemon squeeze the juice.

In a pan pour 500 ml water, add zest and sugar. Bring to boil, boil for a few minutes, cool slightly.

To the syrup add the lemon juice, add the swollen gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Strain syrup, pour into kremanku with sliced nectarines and place in refrigerator until fully cured.
