Description
Sausages, of course, not the most healthy dish. But a couple of times a month, you can do anything with them to cook. Especially if they are of good quality, it makes sense to quickly invent something like this dish.

Cooking
Potatoes very thinly slice plates (I have a special thing to have). Form grease with oil and put 2-3 layers of potatoes. Season with salt and sprinkle with seasoning for casseroles.
Then onion rings or half rings.
Pre-bake the peppers, remove the skins, chop and put in the sausage.
And the last layer - the remaining potatoes on top.
Whisk eggs with milk and pour over casserole. Sprinkle with herbs.
So it turns out. But pie-pie - because it is cut like a pie.
