Scones are my favorite, I have many times cooked, all just love them... even my mother in law eats them and she doesn't eat dessert, so for me that's a compliment!!! I offer you the most delicious scones!!!

Cooking
1. It is very important that all the ingredients were very cold. I always have butter in the freezer, if you have not, you have to send the butter in the freezer for 2 hours. Combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt, mix well and refrigerate (15-30 minutes).
2. Mix the milk with the sour cream and leave in refrigerator.
3. I made 2 portions of dough, one batch with raspberries (8 pieces).

6. Add lemon zest, mix well.

8. Handle the dough lightly.
9. Roll out the dough to a square (d=30 cm). Then roll it up like an envelope, and send in the freezer for 5 minutes.
11. Fruit spread on dough, slightly pressing.
12. Assemble again like an envelope.
13. The dough is cut into 4 parts.
14. Then each part into 2 triangles.
