Cooking

step-0
1. It is very important that all the ingredients were very cold. I always have butter in the freezer, if you have not, you have to send the butter in the freezer for 2 hours. Combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt, mix well and refrigerate (15-30 minutes).
step-1
2. Mix the milk with the sour cream and leave in refrigerator.
step-2
3. I made 2 portions of dough, one batch with raspberries (8 pieces).
step-3
4. The second batch with blueberries (8 pieces).
step-4
5. To grate the butter in the bowl with the flour, stirring constantly, so that you get oil-flour curls.
step-5
6. Add lemon zest, mix well.
step-6
7. To the flour add the milk and stir as the dough will come together to turn on the surface c of flour.
step-7
8. Handle the dough lightly.
step-8
9. Roll out the dough to a square (d=30 cm). Then roll it up like an envelope, and send in the freezer for 5 minutes.
step-9
10. Roll it out again.
step-10
11. Fruit spread on dough, slightly pressing.
step-11
12. Assemble again like an envelope.
step-12
13. The dough is cut into 4 parts.
step-13
14. Then each part into 2 triangles.
step-14
15. Our scones to put on the parchment (cover paper).
step-15
16. I did 2 servings (ingredients increased in 2 times). The second portion I have with raspberries.
step-16
17. To do the same as blueberries.
step-17
18. 30 g of butter to melt. Lubricate the scones and sprinkle with sugar.
step-18
19. Scones to send in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 ° C. In the oven is better to send for one serving.
