Description
Love beans because it absorbs the taste and aroma of the products with which it is prepared. In this dish you will feel the rich aroma of smoked bacon, the taste of ripe tomatoes, and all this combined with tender beans. Try it, you will not regret!

Cooking
These are products that we need. The beans I soaked overnight and already cooked in techenii 1.5 hours. Sometimes use canned in own juice (if guests at the door ;-)) But the consistency and taste of cooked for me, much more interesting.
Finely cut onion and fry in oil until transparent
Bacon cut the hard skin, cut small strips and add to the onions. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add our beans and mix. Now take about 50 ml of boiled, hot water and add to beans. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
While stewed beans, tomato, immerse in boiling water for half a minute and remove the thin skin. Half a tomato cut into small cubes and add to beans.
Now is the time to season with salt and add spices (I ground pepper and "mixture of peppers"). Say beans "love" sugar, so always add half a teaspoon of sugar.
The other half of the tomatoes, grate on a fine grater and squeeze through a press 2 cloves of garlic.
Add in beans, stir, cover and leave out for another 5 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bon appetit!!!
