Another version of dishes from chicken liver
On our website a lot of recipes with chicken liver, I also think I'll add :)

Ingredients

  • Offal

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Prepare the liver, cut into small pieces

Onion peel and cut into half rings (if the onion is large, then 1\\\\4 rings)

The liver salt, mix with the onion and pour the milk, leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes

Peel potatoes and cut into large strips (for frying), sprinkled with seasonings

Molds lightly greased with oil, mix the potatoes with the liver and onions, add the greens and put into the form

Top randomly distribute the pieces of butter and processed cheese (type "Plavych", in jars), topped up to the middle of the forms of water

Put in oven at 200 deg. for half an hour, stirring occasionally. Cheese is melted, connects with the butter and milk and makes a fabulous sauce. The liver is absolutely not dry, very tender! On top of toasted crust, and everything inside is very juicy!
