Lean crumble with pears and ginger
Delicious crumble, one of my favorites, it's quick and easy. The result will surprise you))) Crispy, Golden, almost sandy grit, tart-spicy, sour and sweet syrup with the pears... it was very tasty, especially if served with a scoop of fruit ice cream..

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Ginger

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Avocado

    0.5 piece

  • Brown sugar

    225 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2.5 Tbsp

Pears wash

Peel away skin and remove core, cut into large cubes.

Avocado clean, remove the seeds and slice a little to make it easier to grind into crumbs, drizzle with lemon juice.

Juice the remaining lemons to squeeze into a small saucepan, add pears and brown sugar.

Ginger root peel and grate on a fine grater, add to the pears and boil for 5 minutes.

The syrup is ready.

Serve it in portion cups.

Flour, avocado and brown sugar will grind to a state of bread crumbs (avocado should be very ripe and soft).

Gradually during grinding, add sunflower oil, for a little bit. The number is approximate, depends on size of avocado you may need a little more or a little less sunflower oil.

Ready crumbs put on top of the pears into molds and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes until the crumb is Golden brown
