Eateries potato profiteroles
Profiterole — a small culinary products of French cuisine choux pastry with various fillings (both sweet and savory). In French originally, the word "profitrole" meant a small monetary reward, a valuable acquisition. Later this word began to name the small, but, according to General opinion, very tasty pastries. I propose to please yourself and loved ones in such a small air miracle.

Ingredients

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Mashed potatoes

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Chicken thigh

    1 piece

  • Basil

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

For the filling chicken thigh sprinkle with Basil, pour soy sauce and let it marinate for about half an hour.
