Description
Profiterole — a small culinary products of French cuisine choux pastry with various fillings (both sweet and savory). In French originally, the word "profitrole" meant a small monetary reward, a valuable acquisition. Later this word began to name the small, but, according to General opinion, very tasty pastries. Cooking
