Walnut tart with kiwi
Amazingly flavorful, juicy tart with hazelnut pastry and delicate filling of ricotta and mascarpone. Pie sent the poet of our website Masha (Masha vet).

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Egg, sugar, ginger, cinnamon and whisk.

Add soft butter and whisk. Add baking powder, flour and walnuts, pre-shredded in a blender. Mix thoroughly and knead elastic dough.

For the filling, whisk the sugar, vanilla, starch and egg. Add cottage cheese and cream cheese ( I use mascarpone ), beat 5 minutes at high speed.

Put the dough in the shape and form of the sides. Put the cheese filling

On top lay the slices of kiwi, pre-cleaned. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 gr
