Mini peppers baked in the oven
This easy and quick version of roasted peppers can be cooked in a conventional oven, and electric.

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

    1 pack

  • Grape seed oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Peppers washed and cut in the middle.
