Description
It is very light and delicious dessert. The marmalade can be prepared from any fresh juice.
Ingredients

Cooking
Of the oranges, squeeze the juice.
To 150 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice, add agar-agar and leave for half an hour.
The remaining fresh juice pour in sugar, put on fire and bring to a boil.
Slowly pour in the juice from the swollen agar-agar in boiling syrup, stirring constantly, and cook for another few minutes (5-7) after boiling. Turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes.
The hot mixture is poured into silicone molds.
