Appetizer
I want to offer you a recipe very tasty grilled shrimp. The addition will serve slices of roasted tomato. Come in and taste!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Basil

    0.25 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 sprig

  • Lettuce

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Shrimp defrosted. Garlic clean.

In a pan pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Garlic skip through the press and fry it lightly.

Put the shrimp, stir and fry for about 2 minutes.

Pour into the pan 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tbsp rice vinegar. Stir, cover and stew a few moments and put in a bowl.

Tomato cut into slices and put into the pan, which prepared the shrimp. Season with salt and sprinkle with Basil. Fry until light Golden brown on both sides.

On a plate put the lettuce, spread the fried tomatoes, each slice pour the gravy from the pan. Add the shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
