Chocolate cakes with lemon icing
Autumn evening, in the period of rains and winds, I suggest You take refuge in a cozy, warm atmosphere and taste the delicate chocolate cake with a Cup of tea.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Dark chocolate

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Cooking

Dissolve in a water bath chocolate and butter.

In the cooled chocolate and add 3 eggs and 3 tbsp of mayonnaise"Maheev". Beat with a mixer.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder, sugar, soda. Stir until smooth.

Spread the dough in shape and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.

For the glaze: 1 egg white whipped with 100 g of powdered Sugar and the juice of half a lemon, until thick peaks.

Chocolate cake cool and evenly coated with glaze. Leave for 2-3 hours, until the lemon glaze hardens.

Cut portioned cakes and decorate with dark chocolate.
