Stuffed mushrooms
It is no surprise how you can stuff the mushrooms. I really liked the flow of this dish, looks very nice on the table. Sorry couldn't Express it in the photo. From the book "Stuffed dishes"

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    8 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Spices

Clean the mushrooms, separate the cap and stem. Hats dipped in boiling water with spices and boil for 2 min.
