The peculiarity of this recipe is the size of the meatballs. they are much more than usual - so the taste is much richer! All fans of products from minced meat dedicated!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

Mix ground beef, rice, chopped onions, 2 eggs, black pepper, salt to taste.

To make the sauce: in a saucepan pour water, add water 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of sour cream, stir to dissolve ingredients and bring to a boil, then add hops-suneli. In boiling sauce, put the meatballs, cover and simmer on low heat (I have a gas stove) about 25 minutes (cover not open).

After 25 minutes the meatballs are ready. To serve - garnish the meatballs I brought in the beans in tomato sauce! My husband loved it!
