Cooking
Make the stuffing: mince the beef, add chopped onion and fry in oil, sprinkle with salt, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Take the apples.
Cut off the tops and remove the core.
Stuff the apples with the stuffing mixture.
Apples put in a pan, pour a third of hot water, cover and cook on low heat. Ensure that the apples are not seethe.
Apples cool and serve.
