Saw this recipe in a German transmission. Prepared it in Turkish and claimed that a Turkish national cuisine. It is so delicious it was cooked that I wanted to repeat. Turned out very tasty and unusual.

Cooking
My chicken, cut it finely.
Fry lightly in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a separate plate.
Onion cut into half rings and fry in the same oil where you fried the chicken. Add the cinnamon - there is not pereborschite - quite a bit, on the tip of a knife. A pinch of sugar, black pepper and Chile.
Carrots cut into circles, pepper large cubes and add to the onions.
Simmer a while and add the tomato. Together with the tomato sauce simmer for another 10-12 minutes.
The chicken put the vegetables and simmer until the chicken is cooked STIRRING.
