I offer a simple cookie. The idea to bake them appeared, as it was necessary urgently to save a pack of cheese, stale in the fridge. Turned up under the arm made of buckwheat flour. So there was this plain biscuits.

Cooking
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, softened butter and sugar.
Separately mix the buckwheat flour and wheat (as in the buckwheat flour has no gluten is a must do!). Add the baking powder.
Mix both mixtures, add honey and salt. Knead the dough. It is very ductile and easily rolled. Cut with a cookie cutter or a glass to cookies. Ponnuki spread on greased parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
