Cupcake with strawberry jam and cream
Very sweet cupcakes! A bunch of different flavors and different flavors!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

    2.5 tsp

  • Jam

    250 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Cognac

    4 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Almonds

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Sift the flour into a bowl, pour the sugar and baking powder.

To prepare the eggs.

A bowl of eggs to put in a water bath and constantly stirring with a whisk until it start thickening.

Then whip them with a mixer until thick foam, pearlescent luster, so that the ground was lush and did not spread.

To combine the egg mixture with the flour, sugar and baking powder. With a spoon mix until smooth.

And put the dough in a greased form.

The moulds put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes until Golden color.

The edges of the cupcake in a circle to be cut with a knife without damaging or cutting through the bottom. Then the middle of the cake to be cut crosswise with a knife and a tea spoon carefully remove the pulp.

Prepare the chocolate for smearing cupcakes. The chocolate pour in the milk and melt it in a water bath. Sides of cake to coat with chocolate, and then sprinkle the petals of almonds. (The petals I pre-roasted on a dry pan, slightly ground).

Prepare the cream. Beat them with the sugar and vanilla until a thick mass.

Place cream in a bag with tip and squeeze in the center of the cupcake for the filling of crumbs and jam.

In the bag from one side to put the white cream, and on the other hand the cream mixed with cocoa.
