Lemon cake
The recipe I read in a magazine "Maxi cuisine". Simple, quick and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    1.5 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    160 g

  • Flour

    190 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    90 g

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 180". Very finely cut the zest from 1 lemon and grind. Squeeze juice. Sift the flour with the baking powder in a bowl, mix with sugar.

Add to a bowl with one egg, melted butter, cream, zest, juice of 1 lemon, stirring continuously.

Spread into a greased form and bake for 40 min.

Make the glaze: whisk 1 tbsp lemon juice with the icing sugar.

To get the cupcake out of the oven and pour glaze while it is still warm.

I added a stick of ground saffron for color. Bon appétit!!!
