Pie
Tasty, tender and, at the same time, spicy pie. Easy and quick to prepare. The stuffing can vary to your taste. Minimum products and maximum pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    4 tsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Allspice

    0.1 tsp

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

  • Cilantro

    0.5 tsp

  • Sausage

    200 g

Cooking

Sausage cut into cubes (I have a doctorate, but can be any lying around the house)

Bitter and Bulgarian peppers cut into cubes and add to the sausage

Cut greens you like (I have Basil) and put it into the stuffing

Add black pepper, Khmeli - suneli, finely chopped garlic and ground coriander and mix up the filling

Tomatoes cut into thin rings and leave aside

Eggs, mustard, a little salt, kefir, beat with a mixer

Add the baking powder and flour, knead the dough

Half of the dough pour in shape, covered with baking paper

Pour the remaining batter and spread on top tomato

Cheese grate on a grater, and spread on the tomatoes and put into the oven for 30-40 mins at 180 degrees (I have 2 kinds of cheese, just stray pieces, but this is not required)
