Cannelloni with meat and cheese filling in tomato sauce. Another recipe of pasta!

Cooking
In a small amount of oil fry chopped onion, then add ground meat, cook until ready. Allow to cool.
To join in the easy dish ground meat, add mozzarella, Parmesan, riccota, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix everything carefully.
To prepare the tomatoes (sometimes the tomatoes are sour, so many cooks recommend to fill them with a small amount of vinegar and sugar)
Boil the cannelloni in the water so that they maintain elasticity. Lay them on a large platter.
Fill our cannelloni filling.
Now distribute half the tomatoes on bottom of baking dish.
On top lay the cannelloni with the filling.
Then add the rest of the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with mozzarella, parmesano and put the pieces of butter.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Then bake until Golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
