Eggplant caviar with apples
A great snack. It is an interesting taste. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    0.25 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Cooking

Eggplant cut in half lengthwise, put cut up on a baking tray, drizzle with vegetable oil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool and carefully remove the flesh and cut into pieces.

Cut onion finely.

Tomatoes finely chopped after removing the skin.

Bell pepper also finely chopped.

Hot pepper finely chop and grind the apples, purified from the skin.

In skillet, heat butter, fry onion and pepper for 5 minutes. Add eggplant and apples, cook for another 5 minutes. Put the tomatoes with juice, hot pepper. Salt, pasagerii to taste and mix well. Reduce heat, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
