Rolls of beef
Once decided me to come visit... At 8 PM... I had something urgent come up from the contents of the fridge!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

First put to boil the potatoes (I cooked more than needed in the recipe, just in case=)

Then take out the meat, cut it into oblong pieces (thickness somewhere 1-1,5 cm)

Then carefully beats it

Salt and pepper each piece. And fry on ONE SIDE until Golden brown (but it shouldn't be very hard)

Fry green peas for the filling to a crust

Make filling: Our boiled potatoes (mash them with a spoon into a puree), roasted peas, and sour cream fold in one bowl and mix thoroughly. Try to make it as thick!

Now take one spoon of the filling and wrap it in the meat (NOT FRIED out party!), securing with a toothpick.

Fry rolls until Golden brown. The filling can be a little fall out (if it was watery), I was additionally stamped tea spoon.

I served with the remaining peas, cucumber, and poured with sour cream
