Stew fern
With the fern I met in hungry reorganization times, then we salted, roasted, cooked it and did. Now cook just for variety: delicious, unusual and useful!

Ingredients

  • Fern

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Young fern wash.

Boil in water with somanta simmer 10 minutes. The main thing is not to digest, otherwise it will turn to mush. Then cool, chop them.

In a pan fry the carrots, onions.

To connect with fern.

Simmer until evaporation of moisture. Add the tomato paste, salt, spices. You can bring to the table. I like the fern and cold.
