Chicken fillet with fried rice in milk
Found this recipe in their sapiselco and today I cooked for the first time: the result everyone was happy. So I decided to share (read the recipes on the website, like no please suggest, if there is such)... meat in milk and fried rice... first thought would be sweet, but not - very tender and flavorful. With the greens... this bouquet came out. Stand on your court, and can anyone wish to try :-)

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Figure

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Greens

Rinse the rice in several waters then drain and dry pan; once the rice is dry (evaporate water) add the vegetable oil and spices, except the salt (I had a ready-made spice mix for rice). All mix well and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat (stirring all the time)

We fillet cut into cubes (better to do it before frying the rice) and now add in the rice and with constant stirring, fry on medium heat for another 5 minutes. Rice becomes Golden, and the meat turns white (grab)

Now the contents of the pan put in a pot (I used a glass dish to see what happens), pour the hot milk, salt (1\4 tbsp) and send in a preheated 160*From the oven (since our mixture is already hot, you can safely put in a hot oven)

I kept watching and noticed that as soon as it started to boil (low boil), after 10-15 minutes already finished
